I applied online after meeting a recruiter at my university's career fair. I then received an invitation to complete a video interview, answering questions that popped up on the screen. After that, I had a Skype interview with a current AlphaSights employee. The interviewer split the time between asking me questions about my background and explaining the associate position.

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
