I applied online in April through college career website. I received an email last week saying I had moved on to the next round, which was a video assessment. It's a series of 5 prerecorded questions, 4 that were 30 seconds long and one that was a minute long (describe what AlphaSights does). The questions on Glassdoor were very helpful in my preparation. Unfortunately, I got an email this morning saying that the positions were already filled. They respond very quickly, which is nice. Overall, it was a positive experience though.

After an AI screening interview the first round of interview is with a senior recruiter that takes about 30 minutes. Many behavioral questions that feels very fast paced. Mostly focusing on your college experiences like classes you took and enjoyed or why you choose your college and major specifically.
