I applied and everything was going well until they said that they can't consider foreigners with this role. I told them that I don't them to sponsor my work visa (I already have an E7 and don't mind paying the fees to transfer my employer's name) and they said they can't consider that. They said I should contact them again if they got my visa wrong or if the status changes.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
