Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Entretien
Overall normal interview, one with HR, one with a manager, final round with a VP. The HR interview was straightforward with behavioral questions. Second round the the manager was where they had me prepare a case study then do a live case study. Final round with the VP was behavioral as well, they were asking where I saw myself at AlphaSights, why I wanted to work there, etc. Overall good interview experience other than the fact that they didn't tell me why I didn't get the offer, even though the interviews went well.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
