AI has a horrible interview process. I interviewed with 11 people and they all gave me positive feedback that I would be a great fit to the team. I was then informed by the recruiter that they decided to not move forward with my candidacy because the team felt that they didn't like me. Why make me go through the process if they didn't like me?!?! It makes no sense!! Stay away as they wasted 3 weeks of my life preparing and speaking to the team.
