Had a call with the internal recruiter who seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. He liked me for the position so he scheduled a call with the hiring manager. That call went well and she said they would be in touch within a few days. I didn’t hear from either of them over the next week so I followed up with the recruiter. It’s been a few weeks and I still haven’t heard back. A rejection is ok, but at least inform the candidate of it.
