Standard Interview with Owner and Ops manager. At the interview I was informed that Health insurance was covered for Employee Only at 100%, that was a lie. I was also informed that there was a eCommerce migration that was being handled by an outside vendor and I would not be responsible for the migration. After my 90 expired I was then informed that the migration would be my responsibilities in addition to the pre-press and Graphic Design duties. This place is a dump.

I was asked about my previous skills at my last Sign Company. The Interviewer Valued Collaboration, and walked me through the plan for the requested position.
There was an initial interview, and a secondary walk through the location, equipment, and the projects that is projected to handle, as well as the expectations of the job.

Had applied for position in wide format which I had experience in but wanted position in graphic design using my degree. Didnt pursue position.
Contacted months later for a design position.
Willing to have phone interview and answer all my questions. Then in person 2nd interview. Offered job soon after.
Great they followed up on interest.
