Entretien
Very standard, interviewer asking personal questions as well as past experience and how to transfer those skills into the role. Didn't explain that it was mostly door to door though.

How do you react to adversity and can you it overcome it?
Short and sweet, basic questions were asked and the interview only took like 15 minutes and then had a whole day watching the senior members at work, which was long and tiring especially considering the weather
