It was great, the interviewer was great, everything was great. However, I think it depends on the interviewer. At the Initial Interview, it felt like the interviewer and I are grounded. But in the Final Interview, It was a bit challenging because we had to go to another room and It was so cold there. That made me a bit nervous and challenged, but in the end I Passed the interview and got in!

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
