Applied online. Received a phone call within the hour of submitting and had a phone interview right then and there. Was asked to come in and do a second interview. Was offered the job on the spot. Had to do a drug test and background check before I began the job.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
