Their job ad said nothing about needing to live in a specific city, so I applied from out of state. I received a text saying they wanted to interview me, and they asked where I lived. I told them I was out of state and I never heard from them again. I go back to the job listing, and now it says you have to live in their area. They couldn’t even simply tell me no thank you, but instead just ignored me. Extremely unprofessional.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
