Entretien
I was called into the office and given a typing, grammar, and arithmetic test. Following that was a phone interview with someone not on-site. I declined the offer as the pay too low. Additionally, not a single employee in the building was wearing PPE despite it being state-mandated.

They kept asking the same questions at every step (application, check-in, test, interview). Do you have reliable transportation? At least a GED? Do you need any time off in the next 6 months?

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
