Written tests to show good use of the English language and grammar. There was also a spelling test. Along with listening to audio clips to discern good customer service. After a group interview there was a one on one interview with the team leaders.
It’s good. Probably depends, because back in my time it was just okay, you know, go with the flow, normal conversations. All in all, it was fine – I could keep up even though I'm not that good at English.
