Less than 30 minute mechanical phone interview that had potential employees demonstrate basic reading and listening comprehension, a typing test, and character assessment. The interview requires that you already have your phone line operational whether you get hired or not, which I find to be unreasonable to set up an expense not knowing if you'll even get the job. Also, glassdoor asks if you got an offer with only 3 options - the answer doesn't really fit, so I don't want to mislead anyone. I received an email 2 days after the interview stating: "Thank you for your interest in employment opportunities with Alorica-at-Home! You have successfully completed the application and initial assessments! Due to the anticipated volume of applicants, only the most qualified candidates will be contacted. Email is our primary source of communication with our candidates so please continue to check your email, as you will be sent communication regarding any additional steps in this process. We appreciate your patience as response times may vary depending on business and staffing needs." In other words, they leave you hanging in limbo checking your spam folder.
