It was a one on one interview during the initial. After that, there was an online assessment. I was asked to choose one topic and provided my opinion through writing an essay. After that, it was a final interview with 2 recruitment personnel.

What do I think is the reason why the letters on the keyboard were designed this way?
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
