The job consist of Managing a team 12+ employees, ensuring companies policies and procedures are being implemented in customer interactions. Throughout the interview process, there were many questions surrounding company knowledge, as well as how that would transmit from a leader stand point to associates.
The interview process for Alorica was not difficult at all. There's no reason to be nervous. Stay confident and answer honestly and the interview process should go well, short and simple.

it was easy, efficient and fast. within the day process. they will let you know immediately if you pass or not. very accommodating and friendly. at least 2 interview one from HR, second form the leam leader or operational manager then so on
the interview process was application, job assessment, interview with human resources, interview with panel-supervisors.
