It was the usual interview process like any other BPO companies. First, we had initial interview. It was basically introducing yourself so the recruiter can observe your communication skills. Second, we had an assessment. Lastly, we had our final interview done by Operations Supervisor.

The operations supervisor called us by two. So we had a debate about certain topics locally. The hiring manager was the one who decided if I was gonna be on affirmative side and the other was on the negative side.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
