The overall process took about 3 hours. First they take you to the computers to take 3 assessment test. They are pretty much personality test. Then they take you to your interview and ask you what would you do in this type of situation kind of questions. Then they will do a mouth swab drug test.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
