The application was easily filled out, I took a brief assessment over the computer using a headset to establish that I speak clear English, and then answered 10 frequently asked questions as a 2nd part of that assessment. I really liked that I could see the questions before answering them, so that I could articulate my answers to the best of my abilities.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
