They had me fill out a Job Application & I also gave them my resume. They asked about what I knew about the aloft brand/Starwood. I told them what I knew and they really explained the aloft brand to me. They also asked me about one of my positions that was listed on the resume. They then asked me about my availability (how many hours I was looking to work a week/weekends or weekdays). Then they said they would be in touch once the background check went through.
