It is pretty basic -- 3 rounds of interviews, each with various stakeholders—behavioral questions.
There are about 2+ weeks between each interview, the offered stage, and the background check.
Honestly, I would avoid this company. They seem incredibly rigid in their processes and thinking about their business. Also, it hasn't helped that their stock recently plummeted by about 20%, and layoffs are likely to follow.
There are 3 interviews-- first with the hiring manager, a group interview, and then an interview with a C-level executive. The interviews were easy and laid-back, since the goal is to get to know the candidate and understand how they'd fit in the company.
