Entretien
Very friendly and open, which is different from the back end areas. The front end of the business seems to have it together and are really wanting to get quality help. This is a reversal from when GMAC was controlling the company. The latter was wanting to hire more on the backend instead of the front end as they are currently.

Short, not very formal interview. More of a discussion with the team on what the job entails and its goals. Able to meet with a few team members, get their feedback and perspective on the role.
