I was initially schedule for two phone interviews, one with the position's direct supervisor and one with the director. After that, I was given a technical evaluation over the phone (phone call with instructions, 60 minutes to work, then another phone call to present what I'd done). After passing the technical evaluation phase, I was then brought in for a two hour on-site interview with various people from the team. About a week and a half later I received an offer.
