I applied online and received a phone screen and some online assessments. Then I had an interview where they assured me I would be contacted regardless of the result and I could always reach out to the recruiter for any updates. Well, time passed and nothing happened. I contacted the recruiter and was royally ghosted. I noticed they have multiple openings for a project manager (with slightly different requirements) and they keep reposting them. I don't know if they're really hiring or filling some quota, testing the market, giving the appearance of growth, or whatever. But they certainly can't be bothered to send an automated rejection email. They're okay with wasting 3 hours of the applicant's time on assessments and an interview but can't possibly take a few seconds to inform the applicant of the outcome.
