I was agree and visited office to provide interview. there also they taken Zoom call interview in there office. after second technical round. HR told me that you are selected but we wants Best of Best candidate amongst all candidates. HR told me that in next week they have an update for position. I taken follow-up for next two weeks. Sometimes HR told that, hiring manager is on Leave once he back I will provide update. Sometimes HR told that position is on hold. Literally Allstate Wasted my 1 month. I got offer from different org. I accepted and told Allstate HR. HR told me that Accept that and will let you know after position is opened. If HR really wants to do such thing then why wasted time.
