They released the offer letter and provided a good pay according to the market standard for the role.

Starting from Application process. I applied and within the hour received call scheduled interview over Zoom call for 1 and 1 Min. Interviewer Is good and ask all types of questions. After that HR given feedback you are selected (Good Hopes), after a day HR told me they required more valuation for his project so need interview face to face. I was agree and visited office to provide interview. there also they taken Zoom call interview in there office. after second technical round. HR told me that you are selected but we wants Best of Best candidate amongst all candidates. HR told me that in next week they have an update for position. I taken follow-up for next two weeks. Sometimes HR told that, hiring manager is on Leave once he back I will provide update. Sometimes HR told that position is on hold. Literally Allstate Wasted my 1 month. I got offer from different org. I accepted and told Allstate HR. HR told me that Accept that and will let you know after position is opened. If HR really wants to do such thing then why wasted time.
