I initially drove down from the Northern Virginia area, and interviewed with 3 Managers in one day. They extended me an offer 2 weeks later, and I started the next month. They met and beat my VA Salary. It was not a panel, but 3 separate interviews...

Question 1
Two of the managers had no technical knowledge, and only asked professional/behavioral questions. Only 1 manager, who was over Development, asked any technical questions. He did ask me to explain the difference in SQL Joins
