I got to know about the opportunity from a renowned consultancy, they shared my resume with the company and after 1 week I got to know that my profile is short listed. The interview was scheduled on Saturday. As soon we reached at office we had to give a written test(45 mins)which has technical as well English questions. Got to know withing 20 minutes of wait that I am Short listed for next round. Next was a technical round which also went good. I waited for long for the second round as second round started when every candidate's first round is over. For second round also it was a technical one which was also good and a slightly tougher than the first technical. I was told after 30 minutes that I have qualified for 3rd round which was a manager discussion. I had discussion with which manager was trying to understand if I am suitable for the company culture or not. After 3rd round we are said to go home and the time was around 6pm (from 9 in the morning) on Monday I got the email from HR about the salary slip and other documents. Within a week post that I had a discussion with HR and offer was rolled out. Overall nice experience good culture. Though I had never heard about the company before but I joined and chosed Allscripts among 3 other offer in my hands.

- Got interview call from recruitment agency. Had face-to-face discussion, 2 rounds. - I was informed by the interviewer that I had cleared second round and should wait for a managerial round. - After this, Allscripts HR stopped all communication abruptly. Neither they were responding to my emails, phone calls nor did they give any reply to the agency HR. - After 5 days the agency HR informed that I wasn't shortlisted. - I felt this was quite unprofessional behavior from Allscripts.
