I had a phone interview with a recruiter. it went very well. It was 1 1/2 hours long. The recruiter informed me of next steps which was an onsite interview. I gave her my availability for the two weeks. I have followed up with an email to find out the status. It has been weeks and I haven't heard a thing. Regardless of the news, call/email your candidates back with information because that is what you expect from your candidates. Maybe a sign on how they communicate to anyone with hard news to share.
