I applied through LinkedIn and shortly after was reached out by a hiring manager for a phone screening. I was invited to meet the team for an in-person interview. I met with 6 people on the team and everyone was very friendly, seemed impressed with my experience, and asked thoughtful questions. I was then asked to complete a writing test (a press release) but was only given one hour to complete (which I feel is very short for an entry-level role but the test itself was not difficult). Although I did not receive an offer and was disappointed, I am left feeling very respectful for the company and the people who work there.

Ok process. I met with 2 people from the team. The questions weren't that difficult. I had sent follow up thank you emails and heard nothing (not unusual but I expect the recruiter to at least acknowledge the email). It wasn't until I followed up after the new year that the recruiter had acknowledged the team went in another direction. Honestly, they were pretty unprofessional.
