Contacted within 3 weeks of applying on-line. Role didn't even fit the job description nor the experience level. Interviewer didn't turn off her phone and listened to a non-related voice message interrupting the flow of the interview. Very disappointing overall interview and then not even a follow-up note.

Normal interview process, introductions, interview questions, and interviewee questions. Usually meet with the manager as well as additional team members. Process was similar to other health care organizations, response to interview was quick

Entretien
The two people I met with were nice, but felt as if they were just going thru the motions. The one guy didn't turn his cell phone off, so that interrupted the flow and was distracting.
No follow up after interview, just left hanging, even after I sent an email asking about the status.

Entretien
The process was easy and fast. I applied and was offered the job in 3 weeks. The Hr person was transparent and answered all of my questions. I only had one in person interview.
