My interview process was pretty painless. My brother was already working there and his boss was looking for prospective new hires. My brother had mentioned me and an interview was set up and done over the phone and I was faxed all the paperwork to fill out as a formality and was moving across country to Ft. Lauderdale to start work the following day.
