2 rounds ( 2 individual interviews) Firstly, I was interviewed by HR department staff. Within 1 week, I was called to have the second interview. The interviews take around 30mins to 1 hour. The questions covered solid insurance knowledge, personalities and scenario study

There were 3 phases during the interview. 1) HR call where they will ask about what you’re doing currently, and to see if you can fit into the culture. 2) Interview with direct manager. See how well you can work in the team 3) Interview with head It was quite smooth process.
