Interview pretty easy they just ask if you’re comfortable with sitting or standing for a certain time period or not, they ask if you have a guard license or not (if not that’s ok they’ll help u get it) hire all the time n quick

No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
