Odd and awkward. The interview was initially and online "bot" that was immediately followed by a phone call with just a couple of questions followed by a face to face interview the next morning and a job offer to start that afternoon. Desperate

i did the online video interview, had relatively straight forward questions. the online recorded interview was fairly easy and then i proceeded to complete the phone interview with the manager onsite and it was fine
