J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Allied Universal (New York, NY) en déc. 2015
Entretien
Ridiculously long, much longer than it needed to be, and disheartening. I was misinformed about which documents would be acceptable; I was not told until over a month after my physical that I'd failed it due to a technicality (?!), when they had gotten the results back almost immediately; then I had to get new authorization to take a new one; then getting my HS transcript took another month due to holidays... After all this, I found out that I wasn't getting the spot I'd applied for and was accepted for! I was relegated to a regular guard post. Finally, they wouldn't allow me to change my shift availability when my life circumstances changed and gave me a shift which caused havoc in my personal life -- yet which I had to take because I needed to work. AND I was accused of lying by my recruiter! Fortunately, I was able to prove her wrong.

Applied online, went into the site and met the manager, who was polite and very easy to speak to. The interview wasn’t long and went smoothly. Good experience overall. Would recommend the company.

Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.

No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
