The interview process at Allied Universal is quick and easy. After applying online, I was contacted for a short screening, then invited to an interview. The questions were basic mostly about my availability, past work experience, and how I would handle simple situations. After that, I had to do a background check and drug test. Once cleared, I went to orientation where they explained company rules, gave out uniforms, and did some training. Overall, the process was fast and straightforward. It focuses more on reliability and scheduling than on tough interview questions.
