Recruiter was 15 minutes late for a 30 minute conversation. Very open, broad questions about my experience and how I would structure the role and onboard the incoming Exec the role if for.
I had an email rejection a week later, with the only feedback was that my answers weren't specific enough, when I challenged the recruiter had no notes to back this up. A colleague has since interviewed for the same job, and asked about the plan to onboard the exec, the answer given was what I had suggested in my interview.
Overall very negative experience, clearly only talking to the market to get ideas. Recruitment team isn't very professional.
