J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Allianz en déc. 2023
Entretien
Ghosted after 2 rounds of interviews. The first an informal chat to confirm right to work etc. the second more competency based. After being promised a response in "the next week or so" nothing was forthcoming. Very unprofessional.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Allianz (Londres, Angleterre) en août 2023
Entretien
I was contacted by someone at Allianz asking me to apply for this role (based in London, UK), which I did. My interview was about 3 weeks later. Interview itself was really good, I liked the people and Allianz sounded like a great company to work for. I got a verbal job offer about 2 weeks later, and formal job offer a week after that, which I accepted. I was told I would receive my contract "shortly", low and behold, it never came. A week later I contacted the person I was dealing with and had no answer, so went to the person who originally asked me to apply for the role, and was given contact details for someone higher up. On a phone call with this person, I was told that the company had gone on a hiring freeze, but they were awaiting sign off from the CEO for my role, which was the "exception to the hiring freeze" and they were hoping I would get the green light the week after. By this point, it had been about 2 months since I had been asked to apply. I was unemployed at the time, which they knew about, so was anxiously awaiting my contract and eager to start working. I was following up week after week and getting the same response, "sorry, no update as of yet" and 3 months rolled around. The last time I followed up was at the beginning of November, and I didn't get through to anyone. Then a couple days later I missed a call back from the person, no voicemail, no email, so assumed that meant there was no update so I didn't bother to call back. I have since stopped following up and have heard nothing from Allianz. I find this extremely unprofessional, especially from such a large company. I would never recommend applying for a role at this company.
