2 Stage Interview, one with HR and Hiring Manager and the 2nd with other Product Managers.
1st interview was very informative about the role and history of the position and team.
2nd interview was slightly more technical and focused on the position it self.
The entire interview to offer process was within 2 weeks, really impressive.
The recruiter that referred me to Allianz was top notch and really handled everything professionally and efficiently.

Transparent and process oriented. Initial HR round followed by interviews with Hiring manager & Business Unit leader. One case study is shared and asked me to present to the manager and Hr and later final Salary negotiation round.

Entretien
A 30-minute virtual session with the hiring manager after applying directly on the corporate careers site. The conversation was partly in order to get to know each other, partly for Allianz to explain the exact role they are trying to hire for, with a bit of time left for case study-like questions to assess my suitability for the role.
