3 stages and a maths test.
Very intense and probing questions but I left happy knowing that they got to know me and my experience thoroughly. The presentation was difficult, and the questions from the panel were tough. They expect an analytical and a creative brain, and also a fun personality in order to fit in with the culture.

Final interview in person to meet the remaining team
From the discussion in the interview it was clear the role description didn’t match who they wanted to hire. Role was a junior position, from the interview they were looking for a senior marketing manager to build a team. Very disappointing experience.
