The interviewers were kind and welcoming assessment centre - was very well looked after. Telephone interview was quite impersonal.
They took over a month to get back to me, despite chasing, which was blamed on members of staff leaving. The feedback wasn’t very helpful and just felt like they didn’t like my personality rather than anything else.

Online tests, strengths-based video interview involving talking about scenarios where you have demonstrated certain skills. Assessment day with a business case presentation, group exercise and interview. The interviewers were very friendly.

Entretien
Assessment centre included business case presentation (1 hour prep, 10 minute presentation and 20 mins of questions), a group exercise for 45 mins and a 1 hour interview. The presentaion was one on one, group assessment had an assessor per applicant.
They made you feel at ease and comfortable throughout, and were very accommodating with travel expenses.
