J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Allianz (Thiruvananthapuram) en avr. 2016

I gave the interview for BA position for TVM location and i had the worst experience in my life for the interview process.
The first round happened telephonic. Interviewer asked all the basic questions of Insurance. Interviewer was moving the pages of the book and i can hear it on the phone call. I got selected in the first round and the HR told me that i have been selected for the skype round with a team from Austria. I was waiting for the confirmation from the HR for the skype round. Not even a mail or a single phone call was made to me. After a week, i called the HR and he informed that the interview has been cancelled as they dont require the post anymore. He informed 12 position are vacant and there are people waiting for offer letter. I asked the HR what is the reason, but he informed it was all internal. I am so annoyed by this company procedure where they took the interview for the first round and for the second round they informed they are not hiring for that positions. In my 6 years of experience, it never happened like this before. They wasted my one hour of my life time in the first round also. I can only say now to check for the people working in the Allianz Tvm location, if you get the call for interview, confirm them that the interview process should be transparent.
Usually short and a couple lf rounds you meet with a prescreen and then the business leaders for the department . Overall a smooth process and not stressful. I liked my recruiter, they were nice
nice interview with senior and a team lead, drilled into financial knowledge and technical capability a bit, but not too deep, refer to experience described in the cv more, should be a company which emphaise communication and humanity

I want to share my recent experience with a recruitment process involving Allianz.
I first received a phone call after being contacted by an Allianz recruiter. During the call, he confirmed my experience based on my CV and clearly mentioned that the next step would be a client interview, even sharing specific details about the client. After that conversation, I never received any update.
What made the situation even more surprising is that I was later contacted by another recruitment company for the exact same position with Allianz. They informed me that I had been accepted to move to the next stage and that I would receive an email the following week with the interview details. Once again, no update ever came.
I fully understand that hiring priorities can change and that processes may stop for different reasons. However, leaving candidates without any feedback or follow-up after clear commitments is frustrating and discouraging.
If there is no real intention to move forward with a candidate, it is always better to communicate transparently rather than leave people waiting.
