Horrible experience. Had a phone screen with a Sr. Recruiter. She asked that I come in the following day for an in-person interview as they wanted a few more people to start the following day. I went in on a Thursday morning and met with the Director of Client Services who was quite pleasant. Our interview was very straightforward and to the point. He told me that I'd be hearing back from the Sr. Recruiter either by end of day Thursday, or end of day Friday. Never heard back. I then ended up send 3 follow up emails and got no response. In my opinion, that has to be one of the most unprofessional things you can do as a recruiter/director for a company. How hard is it to let a candidate know what's going on?? It takes 2 minutes to send an email. Those people should NOT be in that position where they're making hiring decisions if they don't have the common decency or professionalism to update an candidate like they said they would.
