Very disappointed in the recruiting process. Had 2 phone interviews and a in-person interview that took a couple of hours on-site. After interview never heard from the recruiter and I've sent 2 emails checking the status. It's very unprofessional and rude when you wasted the candidate's time and energy. The very least you can do is send a generic rejection email.
