Had a quick phone interview and after a few weeks, was asked to come in for another interview. Met the team and additional people related to the position. Had one on one interviews with a variety of people.

Initial screen, then 30 min with hiring manager and then a 45 min research talk with 5 hours of panel interviews. After all that, whole team including HR ghosted me even after I asked for updates several times. Super disrespectful, don’t be surprised if this happens to you too
