After two short interviews that were really interrogations consisting of technical questions gauging my expertise rather than giving me time to ask questions, I was scheduled to come on site in Las Vegas to see the office and finally get a chance to see what the company was really like. 24 hours before my flight was scheduled to leave, they canceled and said they filled the position internally. In the words of the recruiter "I'm pretty baffled at this move." Needless to say, I won't be engaging with Allegiant in any capacity in the future.
