I started with a head hunter, who called by phone, then the HR director called and interviewed by phone as well. He was very professional, I was asked to interview with other PM's, the VP and members of estimating team. The whole process took a month. They were very good about my needing time to give my current employer, and giving me time to close on my house before leaving the current employer.
