Completed the final interview but got ghosted after. 3-step interview process: the first with an external liason to qualify you, then I had a Zoom with the CEO, and the final step was an in-person interview with both the CEO and the Director of Operations. The interviews went well. The CEO was cool, very knowledgable, set expectations, and answered all my questions honestly. For the final in-office interview, I met with in their office with the CEO and their Director of Operations. The CEO was engaged and friendly (as you'd suspect an executive would be), but the most bizarre thing was that the Director of Operations seemed to be out to space during the interview. She asked zero questions, made minimal eye contact, yawned at least 10 times, and just seemed totally disinterested in the entire conversation despite the CEO sitting next to her and trying to direct her to engage me with questions (she had none). Not sure if that's her usual vibe or if she was just having a bad day, but it was insanely off-putting. Outside of that, the interview process was pretty typical and seamless, and it seems like a decent place to work.
