Tell us about a time when you made a mistake in clinical practice and what steps did you take to navigate the results.
The interview process was virtual, which is nice because it saves you time in traveling to the location. I met with my now supervisor and she asked me simple questions to see if I was a good candidate for the role.
They use standardized questions. Be ready to give examples for situations described. Pretty typical stuff related to working with challenging cases, how to manage burnout, and how therapeutic approaches are applied in practice.
