They had me interview for a position they already hired for. Poor follow up throughout the process. Eventually they started calling me again to have me consider another position but I had moved on.

They interviewed me for a position they already offered and was accepted by another candidate. HR recommend another open position but the follow up and communication was terrible. After not hearing anything for weeks they called me again to set up an interview but I had moved on.
